  The blonde girl working there today was rude, and looked at me like dirt. Though the boy working there was really friendly. Put me off going to this branch

  Had 2 pieces of jewelry bought from the store, both broke very quickly. Went to the store to get a piece repaired, they told me that they would send it off to be repaired, which would cost £20, but if it couldn't be fixed I'd still have to pay £20. Was given a receipt that said it would be fixed by the 6th Feb (I handed it in on the 19th Jan) Visited the branch around the 10th Feb, assistant was really rude and told me if no one had rung not to come in. Visited again on the 20th, still no necklace. Called today to be told my necklace still isn't ready, they can't tell me when it will be, and when I asked to have it returned that they couldn't do that either. Really unhelpful staff, and jewelery that simply isn't worth the price tag.
