  Avoid! Shocking company to deal with. Purchased a mobile whiteboard nearly 3 months ago which was damaged, had to chase and chase for a replacement. They agreed I could use the damaged board while waiting for the replacement item. Had to pay to have the damaged board put together as we needed it for an event. After more chasing I have finally received the replacement board. I now need to pay someone to put the new board up AND dismantle the damaged board and before they are will collect the damaged board, even though original discussions they said otherwise! They are offering no compensation, or apology for the amount of time and effort that has gone into there mistake, or for the costs my company have incurred due to their negligence.

  Made an order on the 14/8/2016 (It was stated in stock and offered free express next day delivery) and as it had not arrived by the 23rd I canceled the order and purchased from another supplier and requested a refund but rather than a refund I received an invoice which excluded the order date which is very relevant with internet sales and a message saying it was out for delivery. I mailed them back and requested again a cancellation and refund but I was ignored and yes the item did also NOT arrive either. I have now filed a dispute with pay pal and will seek reimbursement by this means. Not even an apology or explanation so I certainly do not recommend this company as there are so many more professional suppliers that do have a service and also deliver on time.
