  Had a simple query about my new car and got someone to talk to immediately. They took the car in their hands and diagnosed the problem within minutes. They sorted a fix and tried it. It did not work as the system was too old to do what I wanted. All in all it was a great experience and would definitely god back. Everyone was friendly and genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs. Great place; great people!

  Great service from the Service Department. Very friendly and efficient. UPDATE: my original review above was from last years service. Just had my second service and first MOT here today though and again a very good experience. I did have to wait a good while but that was my choice which had some garages wouldn't have accommodated.

  Overall a good experience in buying a Škoda Superb. I had some issues initially but these were quickly rectified by Nick Palmer the service manager who exceeded expectations. Happy customer.
