  The customer service very bad and rude, they are not interested in helping the customer, they gossip in front of you, they are very disrespectful, if you need to return an Item they send you to one till to the other and they looknow upset if they have to do it, now the receipt is paperless if you bup online that is another big problem whenow you want to return any item.

  I used to enjoy shopping at House of Fraser and still found a good range of clothes, and some reasonable deals in the sale. Staff, however, have very much gone downhill. Security on door and changing room were friendly but those employed as sales staff were disinterested and unwelcoming. I felt quite uncomfortable both when browsing and when paying at the till- an unwanted eavesdropper on their conversation. The lure of this shop has diminished for me. Maybe I'm getting old but I enjoy a bit of customer service
