  Went to B&Q Croydon, Purley Way and found exactly what I was looking for! Brilliant! The only problem...... couldn't find anyone to serve me! Went to the 'Returns and Refunds' desk after finding out it was also the customer service and enquiries desk. The lady on the counter was very helpful and to be honest she is the only reason this rating has one star! However, she couldn't contact anyone who could serve me with artificial grass or the wood cutting section. She advised me to attend the wood cutting section where someone would be able to help me, BUT when I got there it was 'temporarily closed'! I returned to the 'refunds and returns' to inform the lady who was not aware it was closed! At this point after spending some considerable time wandering around the store looking for help, I gave up and went home. Later that evening I phoned the store to find out when would be the best time for me to attend the store to get served both my items. Unfortunately, the lady on the phone (who was also very nice) could not give me an answer! Not being one to give up, I downloaded the B&Q app to organise 'Click and Collect' only to find that they only sell the grass in fixed sizes and not on the roll as it is in store! Please, please, please, if anyone from B&Q or on line can give me any advice as to how I can achieve this task in one go with minimum effort it would be very much appreciated!
